I have divided my talk into three parts:firstly,the importance of job satisfaction; secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.

Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.

A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social ral key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.

Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education , skills and lly,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.

Let's leave that there, now, let's come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction. for an individual employee,finding the right job and trying to stay positive might be the first step towards achieving job fulfillment and satisfaction.

banana is a large plant that grows in the tropical parts of central america, south america, asia, and africa, where the climate is warm and damp the year round. it grows 10 to 40 feet high and has enormous, broad green leaves that are sometimes 10 feet long. banana plant has a hollow stem that is 8 to 15 inches thick. another stem, which grows through the hollow stem, bears the flowers and the fruit. the flower bud is very large and shaped like a heart. as it grows it slowly unfolds and shows about 100 small blossoms, which are long and narrow and grow together in clusters or groups. some of these clusters grow into great bunches of fruit. each bunch is called a ‘hand’ because it looks almost like a hand with the separate bananas like fingers. the fruit is cut off the plant while it is still green and unripe.

when the fruit is ripe its soft skin is yellow and resembles a small plantain. the flesh of the fruit is soft, sweet, and a very pale cream color. banana plants are cut down after the fruit has been removed, because they bear fruit only once. a piece of the root is planted again and in a few months the young plant grows several feet height. it takes two years before the plant begins to flower and bear fruit. bananas are an excellent provider of energy and a healthy addition to anyone’s diet. banana is the perfect supplement for active people. it provides large amounts of vitamin b-6 and vitamin c, which are two of the vitamins most commonly lost during strenuous exercise.

banana is most well known as a supplier of potassium. potassium is very important to muscle function and is the nutrient most often associated with relieving muscle cramps. the potassium in banana may also help reduce the likelihood of hypertension and stroke. banana is also high in dietary fiber, and thus may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, especially colon cancer. banana is also packed with natural energy and phytonutrients.

We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world. There are many causes for it. Transportation is the main factor of pollution. When the waste gas from cars is released, the air is polluted. People breathing in the polluted air can develop respiratory disease. Another factor is that

people throw their garbage everywhere. All kinds of garbage not only spoil the splendid environment, but also cause environmental pollution. Wastewater from factories is also poured into rivers and this causes water pollution

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Some people may say,'we are the masters of nature." But is it true Nowadays we have face more and more problems because of human's temperature is higher year by year,more and more ground is turning to desert,and the water from our city's river can not be we still make no sense to save our nature ,maybe one day in the future,we will have no fresh air to breathe and no clean water to drink...

So,from now on ,from you and me ,from the little things in our life ,learn to save our nature,to protect our enviornment,and to stop people damaging our nature !Everybody ,let's do it !
