good morning,my dear teachers,my dear professors.i am very glad to be here for your name is song yonghao,i am 22 years old .i come from luoyang,a very beautiful aicent undergratuade period will be accomplished in changan university in july ,2004;and now,i am trying my best for obtaining a key to tongji university.

generally speaking ,i am a hard working student especially do the thing i am interested in. i will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. when i was sophomore, i found web design very interesting, so i learned it very hard . to weaver a homepage for myself, i stayed with my pesonel computer for half a month.,and i am the first one in my class who own his homepage. forthermore,i am a person with great perserverence. during the days preparing for the first examination,i insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was just owning to this,i could concentrate on my study and succeeded in the end.

well ,in my spare time ,i like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. also english is my favorate.i often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday,and write compositions to improve my witten ability i know my english is not good enough ,i will continue studying. ok, that is all,thank you for your attention

My name is xxx from beautiful "jiangbei city"-liaocheng. Now study in hometown of Confucius-qufu normal university. My personality stable, also do not break again cheerful. Good at making friends, make more friends. 当我们展现自身优势时，仅仅使用概括性的语句，力度不足，举些实例更能生动形象地再现我们的能力、特质。同时，在实际例子中，我们可以把所取得的成绩具体量化，效果更好。当然，除了实例，评价也是自夸的手段之一，而自己的主观评价可信度不强，相反他人的评价更为客观、可信，大家可以适当引用他人评价。

3.重点要突出

自我介绍的内容应当有所侧重，着重介绍与所报考专业相关的能力、素质，展现自己与专业的匹配度。当然，如果工作经历比较丰富，可以选取比较有代表性的经历即可，且这些内容尽量与所报考的专业相关。

4.内容要真实

自我介绍的内容一定要真实，我们把自身的真实经历有感情地向导师讲述即可。对于考生的自我介绍，有时，导师会针对其中感兴趣的部分提问，因此我们的自我介绍一定要实事求是。这也提示我们针对自我介绍中的引申问题做好准备，认真梳理自学习经历、工作经历等。

5.表达要精炼

言多必失，话说的太多不但容易暴露自己的不足，还会让导师觉得冗长。因此，自我介绍要精炼，精炼就要求大家在准备自我介绍时，通过修改，长句变短句，句子凝练成词，力求达到精简、凝练的要求，把我们的自我介绍时间控制在3到5分钟之内。
