专家称，美国的举措不会平息贸易纠纷：专家周三称，尽管美国没有进行新一轮人民币汇率调查，也没有对华征收新的反倾销关税，但这并不意味着美国终止了对华的贸易保护主义措施。

在上面的.报道中，trade rows就是“贸易纠纷”，也可以用trade dispute来表示。Row的意思是“吵架，争吵”。例如：get intoa row with somebody(与某人吵架)。在中美贸易纠纷中常见的措施有anti-dumpingduties(反倾销税)、anti-subsidies investigation(反补贴调查)、征收special protectionisttariffs(特保关税)、export control(出口管制)等。

两国间的贸易纠纷经常是由trade protectionism(贸易保护主义)引发的，如果一国对出口商品进行补贴，另一国可能会imposecountervailing duties(征收反补贴税)作为惩罚。
